Chianina is deeply rooted in Tuscan history and to most Italians she's no unfamiliar term. Most associate her with the famous bistecca fiorentina . In addition, the animal takes part in countless festivities and folkloric processions. During these occasions the proud farmers take their animals out of the stables and harness them to a historic cart.
